The Quay Bar offers a relaxed waterside dining experience, where the warmth of Irish hospitality meets the finest local produce and carefully curated drinks.
Led by Head Chef Jonathan Keane, our all-day dining menu celebrates the best of the West of Ireland, showcasing trusted local producers, fresh herbs from Chef Jonathan’s garden, and generous, flavour-led dishes designed for relaxed dining by the water.
Our drinks offering complements this beautifully, featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of classic and contemporary cocktails, premium spirits including local favourites such as Loch Measc Gin and Drumshanbo Ashford Gunpowder, alongside an extensive wine list, draught favourites, and regional bottled beers.
Guests are invited to enjoy our all-day dining menu, served daily from 12:30pm to 9:00pm, whether for a leisurely lunch, afternoon drinks on the patio, or a relaxed evening bite overlooking Lough Corrib.
